From the very first day, she cared for the puppies with absolute love, attention, and knowledge, always focusing on their healthy and proper development. She guided us daily through the entire process—from reserving a puppy, through its birth and growth with her, all the way until she entrusted the puppy to us.
She also prepared the new families thoroughly for the arrival of their dog—explaining what to expect, how to get ready, and providing detailed information about the necessary care. Her meticulous work and constant attention were clearly reflected in the excellent physical and mental condition of all the puppies.
